My experience has been great at Barracuda. I came from a background of retail sales to B2B sales so there was an adjustment period but the work I do I'm constantly being challenged and learning from my peers as well as from VP's and Senior leadership.

Always willing to help each other out so that we can succeed together.

We are constantly looking to motivate each other and share what's working and what's not working.

Being able to interact with my co-workers and helping out our customers and making them more secure.

Very Transparent, and making sure we are aligned with the goals we need to achieve as a company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the commissions I earn as a sales rep especially once you get to your multipliers.

I really like that they are trying new things and always trying to get an edge over the competitition.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say it is very inviting and there is no judgement on our teams side of things as well.
