Worked at Barracuda for 4 years this September from when I first started up until the timing of this Survey I have built some great relationships with AEs and higher ups and I feel like I have been here longer than the 4 years

The team Morale we have and the drive to help each other succeed makes coming into work very very easy!

The morale at this current time is at a high, we all communicate well and all work together to delivery successful outcomes.

We're all very open and honest with each other with the business work flow and needs always the forefront of our needs

The way that everyone is so easy to collab with and this makes the working environment and the goals easier to achieve

While it's early stages of leadership new members their intentions and plans are clear and there's a sense of them actually believing the goal can be achieved, stats show we are slowly on the up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I knew when signing up to the job what the role entailed - and we all come to work to get paid, however, given the role I'm in monetary value isn't a reward/benefit. I don't feel undervalued at all, I'm lucky to work in a team and under the manager that I do
