Being in sales, I do really appreciate how the split of base and commission is split.

The most positive aspect for me is the welcoming attitude from majority of the people at Barracuda.

The best part of my compensation package is it is very fair in comparison to what is offered elsewhere!

My team is full of personalities who are always supportive and encouraging! I love coming in and collaborating with them as well as developed personal friendships that will carry beyond work.

what I enjoy most about the leadership team here is that they're genuinely invested in each of our personal and professional growth! They support us to help us reach our full potential.

My team is very supportive and always willing to lend a helping hand when asked. I think it's safe to say we all really want to see each other succeed and support each other as best as possible!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I feel is most positive about our culture is the support see's it's way from the top-down meaning the support and energy all start with our executives and make its way down to each one of us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do like how the leadership team here at Barracuda encourages employees to work as a team rather than focusing on individual achievements. Kim as our CHRO is wonderful as well, she is always advocating for us and listening to all the requests and feedback at all times!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel as though I am always being monitored at work, most days even if I feel I am being productive there is this notion that I can always be doing more. This mentality has made me feel some extreme burn out and doesn't allow me to ebb and flow with work.
