My biggest issues are the compensation and the hour plus commute in the morning. Overall the company seems to be on the right track. I do worry that if another company wants to hire employees out from under us for a few bucks more, I don't thing that Barracuda loyalty would stop the brain drain.

Compensation and health benefits are completely inadequate.

I'm good at my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are not keeping up with inflation and heath benefits are getting more expensive and covering less.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Besides pay and healthcare. Rules for days allowed to be worked from home should be consistent and not different for one department when it is completely unnecessary. Also why are some salaried employees working from 9-5 (8hrs) when others work 9-6 or 8-5 (9hrs).
