When I was first hired I looked at this as a major opportunity to learn and grow and build a career with a major player in the industry, but as more and more decisions come down that seem to be actively hurting both our customers as well as the employees, I feel like this might no longer be the case
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The assistance with phone and internet bills helps immensely with our financials.
What makes you most happy at work?
Two things, being able to assist our customers with reaching a solution to their problem, and being able to learn and grow as a person and an employee from my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team tries hard to be understanding of the needs of our customers but the inherent disconnect between them and our customers causes changes with good intentions to create undue friction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I simultaneously look forward to both days in the office and days spent working from home, interacting with and learning from my coworkers is often the highlight of my workday, I worry however that many of my coworkers are feeling like they are being overworked and are considering leaving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is both a pleasure to work and interact with, although I am afraid that recent changes to the way that cases are distributed is causing unnecessary stress on some of my coworkers whom I rely on on a daily basis, and could result in them having frustrations with the company.
