Great working place and nice culture. However, support are always under paid and does not get any bonuses like sales does which sometimes does feel under value. I wish that the C level management would look after everyone that works in the company and treat them equally when comes to bonuses not jus

My manager and vp are really supportive of me and I feel like they do listen what I have to say. My input matters most of the time of course. Other than that, Im not sure what I can say because I dont really work with them or have much interaction of course

I feel like im under paid for the last few years based on my role and below the market compared to other companies out there. Currently, I feel like there are no other roles for me to progress and would like C level management to look into this for someone who has been here long enough in the compan
