Good so far would really like if the compensation was not a surprise. We should not have to wait 6 weeks after fiscal year end and then guess what a pay cheque might look like. this is totally unacceptable and had never before happed to me any any previous organization.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation changes without taking our base into consideration. CBM were given a raise to make up for the difference we as PDM's were not. Billings limits the overall commission we can earn, yes no more low pay months but given we are now forced to take downgrades on we are ultimately capped.
