What is the best part about your compensation package?

base salary is competitive in the industry

What makes you most happy at work?

interactions with the people across the country and at the partner level

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the energy, the intentions and the excitement of cybersecurity is obvious. The mission to protect small companies is wonderful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

great people, team is energetic and excited. professionalism is low. experience is low. many are living in a bubble and not aware of how other organizations work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

SF and manual tracking is immense. Daily KPI are unrealistic. Hours spent weekly on trainings, executive meetings, account planning, following design in vs lead out in SF and manual tracking of day-to-day activities make very little time left over to actually do the day-to-day activities.
