It's a flat organization, you can reach out to anyone on the leadership team, including C-suite, and share your thoughts, feedback, and gameplan with them. They are willing to partner with you and help in your development.

Everyone genuinely has a vested interest in the success of their teammates, so when a new member joins everyone rallies around to assist in the onboarding in addition to the enablement you receive from your manager and enablement teams.

We have fostered a strong team environment that promotes the success of the team amongst all. Peers are willing to spend time continuing to foster the development of each other, knowing that the favor will be returned in the future.

The executive team takes the time to get to know not just the management teams, but also the folks that they manage. When you have a CEO and CFO that know your entry level sales or support reps, it makes a big difference in forming the company culture.
