My overall experience at Bell has been great! After 20 years in the Marine Corps, I've been able to learn a tremendous amount about the business and production support that I used to rely on. Bell had provided me a number of opportunities to learn and advance in my career.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers make being in the office a great experience. I like the direct communication between our team and the production floor and communicating with the customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I strongly believe that the Bell leadership team maintains an amazing balance of working toward future innovation and business, while also focusing on the sustainment of our current products and loyal long-time customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bell has a an amazingly diverse workforce. Not just in gender, race and cultural backgrounds, but also prior military and non-military experienced employees. I think this mixture promotes a great environment for growth and learning on both personal and professional levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is made up of folks from diverse backgrounds. We each have our own strengths in our area of expertise. The great thing about our team is that everyone is open to both teaching and learning, so that we're all more well-rounded as a whole.
