I am still pretty new, but I believe overall Bell provides opportunities I would not be able to pursue elsewhere. I believe having a positive outlook, being confident in who you are, being proactive, and stepping outside of your comfort zone are essential qualities to have in order to be successful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me personally, it's very inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunity to learn and grow more within the company. Meeting new people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is severely lacking. I am a very proactive person and that is the only reason I have any kind of connection with my leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got a $20,000/year raise when I came to Bell and less is required of me here than at my previous job. Retirement and Healthcare packages are great. I appreciate that the company will match part of our contributions.
