Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On the maintenance floor, top pay at Bell is comparable to starting pay at many other companies. Required to wait 13-24 months for PTO, with less available time compared to non-union. Utilizing the same 9/80 schedule as management would increase morale/value while having zero impact on productivity.
