I have been with three difference companies within Textron and Bell is definitely my favorite one. The products we get to work on and what we do for our country is very rewarding.
What makes you most happy at work?
Closing out issues, especially projects I've been working on for several months.

They communicate well and often about what is going on at the company and progress we are making.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team in particular works very well together and we're always willing to help each other out when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most managers aren't micro managers. As long as you get your job done and keep management updated on serious issues, you're left alone to do your own job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid well and the bonus is nice. Our medical insurance for prescriptions could definitely be better, but I pay $0 out of my paycheck with the plan I have.
