I started at Bell after I left the Air Force in 1999. I returned in 2015 and again in 2022. My departures where due to extenuating circumstances. When the opportunity to return presented itself, I jumped on it. I'm a Bell person. I enjoy working here and I believe in what we do.

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers and being able to pass along my aircraft knowledge to the next generation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Surest! That is a fantastic insurance plan. I returned to Bell from Lockheed Martin. Advertising Surest alone would get people to jump from their current employer and come to Bell!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Of the leadership team individuals that I have talked to on a one-to-one basis, all of them seem to be very personable. I kind of wish they would be seen a little more around the facility and interact with their employees,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I been with Bell off and on since 1999. Since my return in 2022, I could definitely tell a culture shift when compared to my previous employment. It just felt better around the company, I can't really tell why it feels better, but it just does.
