When my manager trusts me and allows me to do what is right, without feeling a need to micromanage.

There is nothing particularly great about our compensation package. It seems designed to be fair to average. It does not seem designed to attract better talent.

Listening to employee feedback and suggestions. Trusting and EMPOWERING employees to do the job they were hired to do. Providing SMART objectives that flow down to the individual contributors.
