Overall, I am grateful to have a career at Bell, but feel worried a few times every year that the support campuses will be phased out and work sent to Mirabel and TX instead of here. And after Donnelly's Town Hall, I was left feeling deflated. Was hoping for a better experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all integrated into our various roles, which we all know, execute, and perform well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The trust my manager has in my work and the solitude to do my work properly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be trying to retain good, hardworking people, but they are out of touch with what a lot of people need from a company these days (IE: WFH HYBRID OPTION).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try..........but are still stuck in the 1950's, not allowing a mandated from the top ELT WFH Hybrid Option for the people who can, want to, and have done this during Covid...
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It covers basic health for a fair price, but no real incentives anymore (Well @ Bell) and not a real lot of local discounts in this city. Ft. Worth and Mirabel are the gods, while the rest of BELL (support campuses) seem like they are more "step-children" than family.
