I thought I had hit the lottery when I was offered this job. As it turns out this job, the hours and the "we lift each other up" bullshit , well it is just that BULLSHIT. What a joke. :(

the amount of PTO and vacation time

stop the 12-hour days and get us on a 4 -10 schedule.

all I can say is you have to love em because you are spending mor time with them then family

come work a 60 hr work week with the people out on the floor not from a nice chair in an office
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
this is a ridiculous question, don't ask a person working 12 hours a day a goofball question like this because I'd say most of the FLOOR staff are pretty unhappy with all of your culture and environment
