it's a great place to work and I truly believe the people within my department are the gold standard when it comes to fair leadership, defined expectations, and getting a job done. There will always be challenges collaborating with other departments and nobody gets paid what they think they should.

Lots of experience among my peers and they've been very supportive and approachable about work related issues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued as much as the dramatic increase in the cost of living within the area.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engaging in meaningful work that is directly attached to a goal. wrapping up and heading home is always good too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within the department there is a clear focus on completion as well as a defined point something is completed. No moving the goal posts typically and anytime that's required, the additional effort is always recognized.
