What is the best part about your compensation package?

I believe my pay is comparable to other industry leaders. The vacation and personal time provided to employees is great and more than adequate.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Bell is very strong at the CEO and CFO position in that they are very focused, communicate well, and have made visible improvements to both business operations and employee engagements.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy being a leader at Bell. Seeing my employees approach a problem, collaborate, and be successful drives a lot of my enjoyment with work at Bell. No day is the same as the other.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is entirely dedicated to our program in that they all know the importance of the product to the customer and work as best they can to support customer goals. We also get along very well and enjoy each other's company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I appreciate the flexibility my leadership provides when it comes to working from home and time to handle "life's little emergencies." Being able to be supported to take care of things outside of work only helps to ensure I can be focused and dedicated to my team and scope when in the office.
