Overall encouragement to take care of ourselves as individuals. Mentally and physically, we are encouraged to make sure we are getting the help we need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the HSA contribution on the health plan I am currently signed up for. That, combined with the on-site wellness center, makes taking care of myself easier and less stressful overall.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I'm directly contributing to efforts. Impacting others through the work that I personally do. Everyone has a piece to the puzzle, but feeling the impact of my work is the most rewarding part of my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am constantly encouraged to find what I am passionate about. Similarly, I am not degraded when challenging the status quo and expressing myself as a human. Humans treating me like a human has been more than helpful in my early career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I constantly feel like the least intelligent in the room, in a good way. The folks I interact with know their fields and speak with pride on the work they do. While it can be intimidating, I know I am in good hands with the folks around me to help.
