We are a big company with a small business feel, where everyone is welcome. I feel that I can engage my colleagues and leadership freely and discuss any concerns without fear of reprisal. I cannot see myself working outside Bell and or the whole of the Textron group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Welcoming, not toxic. Organized but not strict. Resolved and fair and not corrupt.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people. Everybody brings a gift to the table and we easily work together to hit targets
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO in addition to vacation time. I do wish that HR would reply to inquiries about vacation time, given the recent consolidation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfaction of knowing we are making the product better for the customer and making aviation history every time our bird flies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having done 21 years in uniform, this team we have here at V-22 is tightly-woven, resolved and welcoming. Proud to be a part of it!
