As a newer employee, I feel like everything the showed us during orientation has been met, every aspect that we were taught about bell, our leadership lives by it. They believe in our cause just as much as the rest of us.

This goes for everyone here at Bell. as a newer mechanic, everyone is open to helping out, showing how something should be done, and they are willing and ready to answer any questions I might have. It helps in many ways to have such a knowledgeable leadership team.
