I love the energy, the people, and the experiences of always learning new and better ways to grow as individuals and as a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for almost 25 years and just as soon as I changed to another job, all hourly employees got BIG raises. Even ones that have only been here for 6 months. I think it was unfairly to the salary people, especially the ones that have been faithful for years.
