I have 33 years of experience as an Aerospace Engineer. I have worked for two other OEMs and two suppliers. Bell is by far the worst.

The gift shop has really nice merchandise.

Become insistent that leaders and managers embrace and practice ethics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are super smart and driven. Eventually they too will see through the smoke and mirrors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inclusiveness and diversity are non-existent. Managers and "Leaders" who intentionally break down others in open forum get promoted.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In fact, I just submitted my resignation today. Typical "good old boys hunt club" with no interest in investing in women or embracing core values.
