I left Bell about 15 years ago only to come back around 3 years ago. In that time, the demographics, working conditions and career opportunities available improved astronomically. After working at 5 different companies, Bell is for sure one of the top 2 best places to work all things considered.

The leanness with which we run empowers the individual to take on more responsibility and remain engaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nobody at my level appears to have a cut-throat, corporate ladder driven mindset. Granted, there is some narcissism that reveals itself from time to time, but for the most part, it's non-existent, or at least well-controlled.
