15 years here. Company politics are unacceptable. No real recognition for extra effort. Events for employees are not inclusive for the off-shifts. I used to be excited here. Now it's just a paycheck.

Fails to ensure steady workflow for manufacturing. "Feast or famine" seems to be the new norm.

My coworkers are typically lazy, and there are no consequences for this, as Front Line Leaders fail to police this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I go above and beyond daily, yet as a second shift employee I am not treated the same as the first shift employees, even though when the crunch is on each Friday to hit our numbers I'm the one who delivers, exceeding my targets on a daily basis.
