It's been fairly negative. The team is a great bunch of individuals but there is a ton of negativity or the settling grump that doesn't want to improve processes or make things easier for the new guy coming in that's trying to learn and contribute. Don't go changing things was a comment I've heard.

The sign on bonus was new to me, so that was nice.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When training someone in a new skill or job focus, don't just throw someone to the wolves. Guide and help them to become good at the job and help improve production allowing for less defects/repairs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are a lot of process improvements that can be made out on the production floor that seem to be overlooked or the typical response is, "It's always been that way" or "we've tried bringing that to production support and nothing was done". Need to become better organized to improve production.
