My experience has been great, but after so many years of being here and seeing the changes that have happened, but no improvement has come from them, I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We continue to lose people to other companies and it seems the company hasn't done anything to change.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Keep the right people employed and get rid of the ones that drag us down.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Even the simplest of task we hear complaining from fellow employess, we by far have if not the easiest job the best job at Bell but to hear to childness of complaining is old.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Do better with COLA adjustments, everything is going up except our pay, we pay more for insurance, gas, food, childcare yearly. I'm sure even the cost for our machines is up but our pay isn't.
