It's a large company which correlates to more opportunities being available. However, Bell has older leadership who doesn't adhere to change very well. People were still coming into the office during Covid. We've been told not to bring up the topic of hybrid schedules by our CFO.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing a task and doing a good job on it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in a supervisor position and barely paid more than someone two levels lower than me. Some staff in a position lower than me make more than I do. It's discouraging to do more challenging work and be productive when you're undervalued.
