It is a good job but the compensation is not competitive. The parking situation is abysmal because they will not let employees use the parking lots across the street anymore. I come to work by 6:30 AM just to get a decent parking space.

They try to keep employees informed about the how the business is performing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working less than 10 hours a day. I hate 9/80. It seems the earlier I come in the later I leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last two raises were woeful compared to the real inflation rate. My standard of living has declined. The max deductible health insurance does not Medicare Part D requirements so that says a lot about Textron.
