Bell is a great 'small but big' company. Bell is global but it feels like a small company where people are allowed to get to know each other. There is camaraderie, and it is one contributor to what keeps us going in a healthy manner.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very positive and people actually smile. I am greeted by a company rep every morning at the front desk. These two things go hand-in-hand and make such a huge difference for personal and team well-being.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
10 days of available personal time off is fantastic because it allows us to take care of our families because sickness always comes! I don't feel as 'squeezed' in fighting through sickness, taking special care for family when these times come up, and getting my work done.
