I have learned a great deal. Most importantly I feel that I have contributed to the success of the company. My work environment is laid back and not very hectic even when critical matters come up, I do not feel overly pressured to get anything done. I am delegated and entrusted to get my job done.

People are happy to be at work and to engage socially with others. They enjoy collaborating with others. I don't see or experience much conflict among personnel.
