Being here only 2 years now, I came into a role which was not clearly defined with no training provided and no clear path for career development. Then the standards that Bell operates civil certification is subpar to industry standards; which the FAA continues to comment on.

Everyone's ability to help each other and build each other up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability for leadership to help prioritize the ability to battle fires in a professional manner with streamlined coordination and communication. Their leadership is key to bringing the team together and knocking out the issue quickly and efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The DFW aviation/rotorcraft market is far ahead of Bell in terms of compensation, benefits, work from home, and career paths for progression. Bell seems to be about 2 generations behind the industry curve. Not a good thing to be showing the world when we just won the largest Army program to-date.
