I am paid less than my friends in similar roles in similar industries. I would feel better if we had updated benefits like working from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Bell is friendly and happy to help with any problem. The culture of camaraderie and kindness is very real at Bell. I am truly happy to be around these people every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very approachable. They are very involved, and it's normal to see members of the leadership team at various events across Bell's campus. They are always approachable and excited to talk to employees from across the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like my team at Bell is like my family. My team always has my back and truly knows me as an individual. This is not unique to my current team. I have worked on 6 different teams at Bell, and the comrade and caring has been present on all of them.
