All the steps the company takes to make sure the employee experience is a positive one. We do community service, have celebrations and are offered many professional development opportunities.

We receive many benefits outside just our salary. Our health benefits and 401k matching are fair, time off is sufficient and on-campus benefits such as the health center and pharmacy are nice perks.

The employees are leadership are on the same page when it comes to values. It is a positive environment where leaders want to see employees develop and grow as professionals. They also understand that everyone has lives outside of work they do their best to promote that.
