What makes you most happy at work?

Dedicated co-workers share the load and support each other

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Top leadership maintains a progressive strategic vision that will help Bell remain relevant in the ever-changing world.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The re-branding initiative under the current CEO has brought a fresh outlook on the company's future and frequent visible signs of workplace improvement show the will of leadership to improve the workplace experience.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Co-workers are all driven and passionate about achieving collective goals, although there is often a struggle at the tactical execution level we all want to do our part to help achieve the strategic vision and care about each other as we go.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A lack of mid-career technical expertise often falls to early career workers with lack of experience or training. Skill level expectations of employees often exceed salary. Training or mentoring in a timely manner ahead of expected execution rather than frequent trial by fire exercises would be good
