I cannot imagine working anywhere else. I have let all of my family and friends know how much I love Bell. This company truly cares about its employees and the experiences each employee has throughout their tenure. This company is devoted to the employees and it is very evident.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly have an amazing culture at Bell. Everyone is dedicated to working together, development, and seeing their coworkers succeed. Everyone cares more about the person sitting next to them than themselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team is thinking into the future and empowering each of us to make decisions that will help us achieve those goals. Our leadership team is very accessible and clear on their expectations.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the people I work with and the challenges I get to work on. As someone early in my career, I have been given projects that will truly develop and challenge me, rather than administrative and repetitive tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and works well together. When another person needs help, everyone is willing to put aside what they are doing to ensure the task at hand gets solved. This team truly lifts each other up and works to push boundaries.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In terms of compensation Bell does a lot outside of normal salary to compensate. I have been able to use our tuition reimbursement program to go back to school and further my education. Without this form of compensation, I might not otherwise be able to further my skillsets in this way.
