Being in an environment where I feel like my voice matters and that I am well taken care of.

Their willingness to listen to the thoughts of the rest of their team. Constantly engaging and asking if anyone needs their help or assistance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that a lot of the items are standard for companies that truly care about their employees, but the education assistance stands well above anything I've experienced before. That is a life changing perk to me.
