I've been extremely happy working for Bell. The job is demanding yet rewarding. My managers make it clear that they want me to succeed and do everything they can to guide me. I feel very fortunate to have such a great team where we can all rely on each other.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We like to have fun at work while getting our jobs done accurately and efficiently. The support system we've created among ourselves has produced a comfortable setting where we are able to go to each other for anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You don't have to be afraid to be yourself. We have all kinds of different personality types that could easily clash in the wrong setting. We are able to collaborate and communicate in such positive ways that none of that matters. Everyone is accepted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor and my senior manager make it a point to make personal connections with their employees. They encourage and guide us through any professional issue we may have in such a way that doesn't make you afraid to go to them for anything.
