started off great. hard making friends early on. no one your age (fresh outta college). there is a disconnect between older and newer workers. COVID response made most employees feel uncomforatble but we had no other options.

getting to learn more and being able to find mentors
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because average for engineers with my major in the area make more at other companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there is no connection between older and newer workers. the team is not a "Team" and it all depends on the manager and their style. response to covid by BELL is very poor. they made everyone return back 100% and numbers in the office were sky-high.
