I feel energized to come to work everyday. The culture is changing in a very positive way and I am glad to see new talent coming in. We have bright folks working here with a lot of passion. We are working on projects that will help people in a positive way and that makes me proud to work here.

How clear and transparent they are when it comes to goals and objectives we need to achieve in order to win as a company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we are all working on a common goal and changing the way we move people, goods and data for years to come. That keeps me pumped!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an amazing leader and coworkers in our immediate team. That makes all the difference and why I have not taken jobs at other companies. We work hard, support and help each other and that is hard to find.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have come a long way! I see our new core values (pillars) have energized folks and are often quoted in meetings. "Dress for your day" and work from home flexibility during the pandemic has been very much appreciated by all - refreshing to see the ELT more engaged and leading by example.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have seen this company pivot into a new era and embrace a better culture yet when it comes to compensation, despite good work performed, I have not seen any significant bump in salary or overall compensation in the past 3-4 years. Money is not everything yet it is very important for our families.
