I've held several roles at Bell. Some have been very stressful, some easy, some good and some bad. I feel Bell has given me the grace to grow and find what works for me as a professional and what doesn't. If you do well, then people want you to work for them. I am thankful for all experiences.

I like that the leadership has become more flexible through the years.

Everyone is different and most of us can laugh at our individual craziness.

I'm very happy to work at my own pace, help our customers, and laugh with my coworkers.

Our team is pretty helpful. We differ in strengths/weaknesses and always work to help each other out.
