Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Personal time was advertised as something that can be used for "the business of life", but I've only ever heard of it being approved for doctor's visits. Pay is not competitive, and vacation should be improved/increased.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honestly putting the health and safety and desires of their employees above everything else. Forcing everyone to return to the office was a clear indicator that the executive team did not really believe in "making the impossible possible" and was worried about profits and not people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bell is incredibly out of touch with how their employees want to be treated. There is so much micromanagement and so little trust, proven by the return to work on Sept 28th and the strict approval process for personal time. If Bell wants to be a 'tech company' look at how Google treats their workers
