In the early parts of my career it was awesome to watch the growth and the hiring of additional team members and as of late it becomes harder to be positive watching veteran employees leaving the company and the company focusing on bring in new talent.

The ability to adapt to what ever is handed to them! Finding a solution instead of finding the problems.

The employee want to build the best aircraft which perform for the customers. Passion for the company to do well.
