Reflects Bell performance and employees are compansated based business value and revenue. There is always improvement points but it is competitive and fair.

The sense of success, achievement and being a part of a team that is shaping the future of aviation as well personal development for future growth opportunities - personal and career.

Great collaboration and same values. We all understand the value that we are adding and we are working toether to achieve a common goal to make our teams, programs and Bell successful.

Everyone is working for success of the company, there open conversation and endless information flow. The knowledge is passed to anyone that is eager to learn, no personal agenda to climb the organizational ladder.
