I have had many interesting and valuable positions throughout my career at Bell. In recent years, the overall feel of the company is much better than some of the times in the part. I feel empowered to do a good job and to help grow others. I also have made many friends around the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are empowered to do the right thing and hold yourself responsible for your actions. Everyone has the ability to contribute and also take ownership of actions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making progress on tasks, particularly thru team working. When a group of differently functional teams can work together and make a program level decision as one team, that is a big win.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very talented and professional and genuinely cares about doing good work and being successful. We also do a good job at working together and helping to make each other successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent payrate and health benefits, along with a high amount of vacation time. I also appreciate being on a STIC program and being given a bonus corresponding to my performance. All of these things together make me appreciate my compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is visibly focused on determining what we need to be doing now to prepare us for the near future. Planning ahead for FVL programs and thinking thru all aspects is very important to this success. This includes caring about the team members and wanting to both have the best team
