Although I wasn't the first one the company sought out, once the opportunity opened the company actively recruited me. They provided a solid package and were easy to work with when changes came up preventing me from starting on the original negotiated date. Incredible products being developed.

Hard to answer when I don't know what leadership team you are asking about. You should be more specific about what level you want feedback on.

No one acts as though they are better than anyone else and they will take time to explain something that is within their area of expertise.

Knowing up front the company wasn't as competitive pay wise, I was able to negotiate for other benefits. Additionally, I feel the company possesses the opportunities to advance.

I appreciate the ability to contribute to a 401k while being matched to a certain level. Being fully vested is about average with the industry standard. Not a fan of the change in vacation/PTO policy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure who you're talking about when you say the leadership team. I'd say the company is built around a number of truly intelligent and forward thinking individuals. There is work needed on breaking down stovepipes.
