Our experience with COVID has shown us that the ELT cares much more about the bottom line than the lives and well being of individual contributors. The working conditions they are forcing the commercial team into are unsafe and the recent accomodations are only to shield the bottom line

Everyone is hardworking and motivated. They're also engaging, funny, and interesting to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked here for 15 years. Others have switched jobs and come back multiple times and they're overpaid relative to me even though I have remained loyal to the company.
