its a great place to work ..but the benefits need to get better .. health and medical were better early in my career ...now not so much ..

now with covid19 it is pretty somber had one team member pass away ... a lot of team member are contracting the virus ...

i have been employed for 27 years and the benefits were 10 times better than they are now .so i think the need to get better for better talent.

communication is key to success. the CEO is fairly new to the job .. she is doing a great job so far she has her hands full to get V280 off the ground ..
