You can turn to many people for help with your work, and you are not looked down or graded negatively for asking for help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The national average for my position is $93,000, and I currently make $73,000. I would obviously like to see my pay go up about 20k.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The work schedule flexibility, and the knowledge that my leadership team has, and their willingness to help me with any task or request that I have.
